I want to give a shout out to Beto and his beautiful family for helping me with my car. Once my original mechanic told me that I needed a new catalytic, I had no idea what to do.And he couldn't even really refer me to anyone. After doing my research and reading the amazing reviews, I came to get a free estimate. I can tell right away with the great customer service that I got. Beto and his son explained everything to me and guarantee that they were gonna make sure that my car's problem was going to go away. Someone stole the catalytic converter off my Toyota Prius, and I needed it replaced fast. This shop and their staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. They worked directly with my insurance company to get everything paid for and had my car ready in less than a day. Not only did they quote me the best price in town, but the new catalytic converter is CARB-certified, and I easily passed my SMOG test. The shop also installed an anti-theft shield for my new catalytic converter. Please don't hesitate to go to this shop if you need a new catalytic converter or any muffler work!

I needed a repair in my vehicle's exhaust system, the owner of the shop welcomed me to the shop to do a visual inspection of exhaust. With a quick inspection of the exhaust tubes he was able to diagnose the issue. I was given a quote for the repair and I returned another day for the repair. When I returned there were other vehicles at the shop. The owner gave me an estimate wait time of one hour and twenty minutes for my vehicle to be serviced. The wait was less than the estimated wait time. Once my vehicle was in the shop the repair was no more than thirty minutes. The shop tech invited me to do a visual inspection of the repair. The repair was performed satisfactorily. I would recommend Beto's Mufflers for their service and customer care.
