The shop owner, Trevor, is super personable and has taken care of us and our German cars since we moved to Woodland Hills. The shop is immaculate, always a ton of sick M cars getting worked on, and a clean chill reception area with even a candle burning! Megan is so sweet and their estimates, communication, and turn around exceeded my expectations. They even detailed my car after a new battery installation. Oh, and they changed a tail light bulb on their own without me mentioning it. Above and beyond over here!

Had a great experience at Bavarian Workshop. Brought my car in for an annoying brake squeak issue that nobody seemed able to properly diagnose, and they took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and get it sorted out the right way. I'm a first-time customer at Bavarian Workshop, and I couldn't be more impressed. I called on a Friday morning to make an appointment, and Megan was so kind and welcoming right from the start. She got me set up for Monday at 9 a.m. and even made a note that I'd need a ride home. That kind of attention to detail before I even walked through the door really stood out. When I arrived Monday morning, Megan was helping another client, so Trevor, the owner, stepped right in to handle my intake. He set me up with Mark, who gave me a shuttle ride back home. I walked in at 9 a.m. and was back home before 9:30 — talk about efficient! Shortly after, I received a text with a link to my car's full inspection, complete with real-time photos and a professionally presented estimate. I could communicate directly with the shop via text, which was incredibly convenient. I never had to guess what was going on or wonder if my car was ready. I was kept informed every step of the way. The office and service bays were spotless and well-organized, which really says a lot about how this team runs things. Thank you to the service technician, John P. And as a courtesy, Mark detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up — it looked like it was ready for the showroom floor! This was hands down white-glove service. Bavarian Workshop truly knows how to treat their clients. My first visit was absolutely seamless, and I'll definitely be coming back. Bravo!

I am so thrilled I found Bavarian Workshop. I called and spoke to the receptionist who couldn't be any more friendly and put me in contact with Trevor. I could immediately tell that Trevor knew exactly what he was talking about when it came to tuning BMWs and all performance in general and was super passionate about cars, what a joy and delight! Even though I live kinda far, I decided to make the trip as I was so impressed after our conversation. They were very accommodating and got the job done way faster than promised and expected. The install is so clean and has given me zero problems. I usually take my car to BMW dealership only but for any performance upgrades (or service) I would highly recommend Bavarian Workshop, Trevor and his team who is just so nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Customer service is second to none. The quality of work is great, and all of the staff at the shop are extremely knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this shop for any German vehicle. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Bavarian Workshop definitely earns that trust and my business.
