Scott and his team were absolutely the nicest and most truthworthy people ever. We took our car in for general maintenance before I give birth and they took such great care of me and the car. He was super honest with me on what I am able to do on my own, as well as what would not be worth doing which I really appreciate. I left wondering why it took me so long to find them because people like Scott are hard to come by in this industry! I would recommend them to my friends and family!

This place is the best. They treat you with kindness right up front. They are honest and their prices are very fair and very knowledgeable. They care about giving you the best service for a fair price rather than taking advantage of you. They treat women with respect as well and don't take advantage of or talk down to them. I had replaced my catalytic converter after it was stolen and put on a shield for far less than other mechanics wanted to charge. Fast forward four years later I had taken my car to another mechanic closer to me, because I had moved, and they cleaned out my fuel injectors with chemicals, causing issues with my converter. The check engine light kept coming on and I couldn't get it smogged. That mechanic wanted to charge me another $800 - $1,200 to replace my O2 censors, which they damaged. I took it back to Baizer to get a second opinion. They went above and beyond to figure out a solution that didn't include replacing sensors or the converter again and they fixed the issue without replacing anything, got it to smog, and replaced a headlight bulb for $250 out the door. I will never trust another shop with any of my vehicles. They treat you as a neighbor, not someone to take advantage of. Worth the extra little drive.

Good and honest mechanics are hard to find these days but finding this shop felt like hitting the jackpot. I am from Northern California and my car broke down on vacation in LA. I found him on google and thank God I did. He saved me thousands of dollars on repair by finding the root of the issue that had to do with a recall by Toyota. This company deserves every 5 star review that they have. I greatly appreciate you work and honesty.

The best place to take your car in LA! Can't say enough about Scott, John and Dolly. I've been taking my cars here over many years and have always felt comfortable and at ease with the work they do or recommendations they have for my cars. They're very upfront with what needs to be done, no upselling or scare tactics, and if it's something they can't do, they'll say it right away and will give a good recommendation where it can get done. I've already recommended them to a few friends, who have all thanked me for sending them to B&G.
