I’ve been having an issue with the same code and they have not fixed it. Every time I bring it in, they seem to fix and replace something else and that doesn’t fix the issue. I’m basically paying for them to try things. I’ve taken it three times to them and this fourth time I’m taking it somewhere else. The first time they told me not to use a scanner a friend has because it’s not as detailed as the mechanics…but if there’s was so detailed I would think they would have solved the problem by now. The guys are nice but they aren’t helping me fix my car. They’re only getting more money out of me. TIP: Write down all quotes and procedures they do because they don’t. First, I was quoted one price and I wrote it down, then they asked for more money when it was done and claimed they tell people it may cost more in addition to the quoted price and they’ll do it if you’re okay with it. I wasn’t told that, I was given a specific price and told they would do it for that much. But they got the money out of me because I didn’t write it down and they had my car in the shop and already did the work. That was sketchy and left a bad taste in my mouth. Always ask for written quotes and the agreement in writing. And check BAR for up to date licensing info.

Ladies, this is the best mechanic in town! Took care of the part dragging under my bumper. Just popped in some new fasteners and a couple zip ties. All done free of charge in less than half an hour. Entire staff is super friendly. Please give them your business!

This shop has helped me tremendously since I moved to North Hollywood. They took care of me when my unexpected car problems plagued me. I had to do a huge engine job on a broken valve. At first they were optimistic and purchased a part to handle my misfire, and then they discovered a faulty valve. They sent me pictures the whole way through and gave me a fair, albeit hefty price, it was good for the amount of time and labor they put in. My car is now running smoother than it has in like 5 years and I’m very confident in the care they put in. Great shop!
