They were able to see me on short notice over the weekend. Everyone was so helpful from the girls in the front (Jay was great) to Mo explaining everything that needed to be done & being completely honest about everything while still trying to give me a good deal to fix my bmw 1 series. Definitely recommend this shop. It’s hard to find kind & honest people.

Disappointed to write this. I've come here for several years for annual service appointments and repairs when needed. I initially had generally positive experiences and have found them pleasant to interact with, but I have since had a series of mechanical mishaps. For instance, my Audi had a coolant leak that required several days of work. After getting my car back, I checked the coolant levels on a whim the next morning and saw that they had failed to refill it upon completion, which they confirmed when I returned to have it looked at since I had feared another leak. More recently, I went for an annual service check-up that led to minor mechanical repairs and an oil change, with all else reported fine. Within 2.5 weeks (and only ~100 miles), my oil was nearly gone and seemed to be leaking. I returned to have it checked again, and they reported that their prior work was likely not completed properly, contributing to the leak. They also informed me of a multitude of other significant repairs that were necessary, including new brakes, gaskets, and spark plugs - none of which they had identified in the check-up appointment just 2.5 weeks prior. To their credit (and their second star), they provided a discount on completing the remainder of this work. However, I cannot imagine returning here, especially at the risk of going on a long trip after an appointment, only to discover some incomplete, untreated, or newly created issue. To top it off, they charge a 3.5% additional fee for using credit cards. In short, do I think they are malicious or untrustworthy? No. Do I think they are competent? Also no.

Auto Med Euro deserves real credit. I walked in expecting the usual runaround you get at most auto shops, and instead I found a team that is straight-up honest, calm, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to look over my car, explained everything in a way that made sense, and never tried to push unnecessary repairs. It was clear right away that these guys value reputation and long-term trust more than anything else. Their pricing? More than fair. Especially for a European car — where you usually expect the bill to make you cry. Auto Med Euro was transparent from the start, no hidden surprises, no pressure. What stood out the most was how sincere they were. The whole team carries themselves with this quiet confidence and kindness that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. By the time I left, I knew that this is the kind of place you stick with for years. If you want solid work, fair prices, and people who treat you with honesty from the moment you walk in, this is the shop. I’m honestly relieved to have found them. Highly recommend.

Ive taken my Jaguar XJ to Automed Euro for years, and they have always done a great job. Had my fuel pump and fuel filter rep;laced recently, and it runs a lot better. Will be back with my 76 Porsche for an oil change. This place is great.

These guys are extremely professional and get the job done in the same day. I would highly recommend taking your car to get fixed here. The owner Mo is a great guy and goes out of his way to make sure the jobs done right.
