Be very careful with this auto body shop. They had possession of my 2018 BMW 530e. My insurance claim was denied while the vehicle was still in their possession. After that, the shop refused to release the vehicle and demanded thousands of dollars in storage fees. My lender informed me that they attempted to recover the vehicle from the shop, but the shop refused to release it because the storage fees were not paid. Later, the shop claimed that I picked up the vehicle, which is completely false. I did not pick up the vehicle, authorize anyone to pick it up, or receive the vehicle back from them. The vehicle was later abandoned, impounded, and when it was recovered, it had been stripped. Because of this situation, my credit has been affected, and my finance company is now holding me responsible for the loan balance and pursuing legal action against me. In my opinion, this shop’s conduct should be investigated by DMV Investigations and the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I will be contacting both agencies regarding what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Be very careful before leaving your vehicle here.
