⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Compassion and Service in a Tough Situation Dealing with a hit-and-run is never easy (especially when a loved one was involved), but the team at Stiegler Auto went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much more manageable. After our Toyota was hit, our insurance company ultimately made the tough decision to total the vehicle. Even though Stiegler didn't end up doing any physical bodywork for us as a result, the level of customer service we received was absolutely unmatched. A massive shout out to Omid, who advocated for us and worked seamlessly with our insurance company, and Maria, who runs the front office beautifully (and clearly does so much more behind the scenes). They both showed an incredible amount of compassion and empathy, truly understanding that we had owned our car for many years and that she felt like a member of the family. They never rushed us, giving us all the time we needed to empty her out and properly say "goodbye." If you want a shop that treats you like a human being and not a claim number, this is the place. I cannot recommend Stiegler Auto highly enough!

They kept me updated with progress of my car daily, sometimes twice a day. When looking for a repair shop you always wonder if you made the right decision because you really do not know. Well, I found a place I can trust and never doubted them, they go above and beyond. If I ever need a repair shop again, I know exactly where I am going! View on GoogleThe quality of the repair itself was undeniably top-notch. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the conduct of some crew members. I would simply advise customers to be careful about leaving personal belongings in their vehicles. Incidents like that put a noticeable dent in what would otherwise be excellent repair work—no pun intended. Situations like that overshadow the quality of the repair work. The front desk staff, however, were wonderful, and professional.
