I’ve taken my car here a few times now and every experience has been great. He has always been honest and willing to work with me when it comes to pricing, which I really appreciate. He replaced my engine and even provided me with a rental while my car was in the shop, which saved me a lot of money and stress. Most recently, I dropped my car off to get my brakes fixed and they were completed the same day. This is officially my go-to mechanic and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

Pep Boys has been my car repair shop for many years, the mechanics have always been professional and provided great service. I have a great respect for Mr. Myron and his staff. Pep Boys listens to your concerns about your car maintenance and responds accordingly, making me feel good regarding my car repairs, battery, oil change, tires,etc. whatever maintenance is needed. I hope this Pep Boys stay around in this neighborhood, it is very convenient for me and others who live in the area.

Not an honest shop. They seemed to profile me and charged me $50 more than my friend for an oil change, even though both of our cars require full synthetic oil, and neither are luxury cars. I decided to pay it since I was already there, but I won’t be coming back. Edit responding to their reply: no this is the right shop. This is an anonymous account so I don’t expect you to recognize my name. I was recommended by my friend who got charged $50 less. They charged me $120 for an oil change Had they treated me fairly, I would have been a loyal customer and returned for future service since I am new to the area and looking for a consistent shop. Instead, I left feeling taken advantage of.
