I cannot say enough great things about this shop. Luis is an amazing mechanic and has been working on my car and my husbands car for years. He was transparent and direct in his communication, ensuring I understood the problem. After efficiently resolving the issue, I was able to continue driving without interruption. Finding an honest mechanic who provides accurate assessments rather than attempting to exploit customers is becoming increasingly difficult. Luis, however, prioritizes honesty and integrity. His commitment to customer satisfaction and quality work is impressive. His straightforward approach is appreciated. Thank you for the excellent service.
