It was my first time coming here and as I walked up I was greeted and helped right away by Vince. He was able to take my car and check to see why the tire light had came on. Luckily, it was just low tire pressure which he was able to help with free of charge. It’s rare to find a business that is honest and has great customer service, and this business does both! Thanks for your help, Vince.
View on GoogleVince, Michael, and Richard were wonderful! I got here in the last hour because my tire was low again and I knew it was most likely a nail. I got to the shop and was promptly greeted by Richard outside, who let me know that they would be able to help me at the counter inside. Vince was busy but still took time to greet me and let me know that there would be a small wait which didn’t take long at all. When he was able to take my keys, he was even careful to not get any oil on the charms. Unfortunately, I needed my wheel lock, which I didn’t even know that was a thing but Michael, who worked on my car, was very patient while I searched my and managed to find it stowed away. While I was waiting, I saw every interaction between any of the staff and customers was really polite and patient, even when someone asked three times what time they closed and was answered each time. My car was done quick, it was a dreaded nail but there was no charge. These guys were awesome, if you’re in a pinch with a low tire I’d recommend their service and the shop to anyone.

View on Google7 28 2025 I came in before having to travel a long distance for work and they made sure that I got to where I needed to get to without worry. They took care of me right away. I believe the person that helped me was Michael Z. I do not remember the technician who worked on the vehicle but my vehicle is still running. I brought it to them at 265k miles and it's almost at 300k miles. Thank you for keeping me safe on the road.

I am always hesitant to go to any mechanic or shop on my own since I've had many experiences where they ripped me off or at least tried to just because I'm a woman. Kudos to the entire team here for hooking me up with a great deal and making the process seamless and I want to thank Vicente for his great customer service skills and explaining the prices and my options. I will definitely be coming back!
