Amazing experience at American Tire Depot in Tarzana. I came in with a bolt in my tire and they fixed it within 20 minutes at no charge! Incredible customer service. I will definitely be back with my tire needs in the future.
View on GoogleDont look any further. The best place by far tires repair, alignment etc. I checked around and they really do have the best prices. They were super professional and friendly. They also finished the whole thing in less than 40 minutes where are other places told me it's going to take them 2 hours or so. Great place! Thank you American tire depot!
View on GoogleI had an amazing experience with this tire shop. They were very helpful and honest and provided excellent customer service. I was putting air in my tire at a gas station when the air sensor was broken and my tire went completely flat. It was already very close to their closing time, so I had to call AAA to change my tire to the spare first. When I called the shop, they told me not to worry and that they would wait for me. They ended up waiting almost an hour past closing time while I waited for AAA to arrive. Once I got there, they fixed my tire very quickly and were extremely kind and professional. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely cares like this. I’m very grateful and highly recommend them.

Though I walked in without an appointment, they promptly took the job of replacing some fuses that were needing replacement. Although I had to wait for them to have an auto supply store deliver the parts, I was very happy to see my "electrical problem" get fixed. Nice people there. Great service too. They will get future business from me.
View on GoogleToday (April 12th), while driving in Tarzana, I noticed that the front passenger tire had lost pressure, and within a few minutes, it was nearly flat. Upon arriving at my destination, I discovered a large nail, and my troubles began. Living in OC, I was unsure how to resolve this issue. Given my previous experiences with Tesla continental tires, I feared I would have to replace it again. I decided to tow my car to this service center. Anthony and his team assessed the puncture and promptly repaired it. They were exceptionally professional and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The job was completed efficiently and on schedule. This was the best service I have ever received at any American Tire Depot service center in the LA area. I was back on the road with my car in under half an hour, free of any concerns. Thank You Anthony and team !!
