Sincere & friendly service provided by Ray upon first contact. Felt comfortable talking through the service I required without ever feeling sold or pressured into anything. Simple oil change with a couple of tire repairs/tire rotation. Alexis & Jonathan were also very friendly. I’ll definitely make this my new neighborhood cat service center.
View on GoogleA massive disappointment. I made a tire change appointment for 4:00 on Jan 9, 2026. I arrived and parked my car in the first spot by the window at 3:55 and waited 10-15 minutes to speak with the front desk. I had talked to what I presume to be the manager at the front desk who gave me a receipt of the purchase and he told me to wait for my car to be finished. 1.5 hours had passed and my car had not been touched. The shop workers were laughing and joking behind the door which prompted the manager to go to the workshop and make them all work again. I then asked the manager, “How long until my car would be worked on.” He replied with, “Sorry brother, it’s going to be another 1.5 hours.” I immediately asked him for my keys, scolded the sorry excuse for “technicians” they had in the back and left… much to the amusement and approval from the other victims waiting in the lobby. This has resulted in a loss of $1400 in revenue from the tires I ordered, as well as $3,000-$5,000 biennially in losses for the vehicles I was planning on taking. I have never taken time out of my day to write a review, but this is the sorriest excuse for an establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
View on GoogleMy front right tire had been giving a low tire pressure for months. We’d fill it and a few weeks later - same alert. We took it to another tire place that couldn’t identify any issue. When I brought it to American Tire Depot they immediately found the problem - a small nail, and patched the tire. Even better, no charge! And they showed me how to reset the dashboard to remove the alert light. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I need new tires. They are very honest and friendly and do great work. Many thanks to Leo and the repair team!

View on GoogleAmerican Tire Depot is about as crooked as they come I am 69 years old and disabled I take my car into get repaired I know better than suggest a repair after all that's what they are to be doing with a diagnosis so I get there the car has to be towed in the hey say they cannot get to it for a week so five days later it's diagnosed new starter is needed now another week to get serviced another week goes by.Fonally thr servoce thr cat at tbr end of tje day they hand me aey its finished i put the key im nothing same problem the mechanic says oh you meef a new battery theyput one in.
