He was friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. It’s not often that you find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Cristian went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. His positive attitude and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. I highly recommend American Tire Depot, and I will definitely return in the future. Amazing service, fair pricing and fast work. I came in to check on a pothole damaged tire and Christian was able to help me out and get all 4 tires replaced on the spot. Pricing was competitive with all the big box retailers in the area.

I knew I had a slow leak in my left front tire. I called the day before, gave them the make and model number of the tire and I was told they could have the exact same tire for me the next day when I came in for my appointment at 11 AM. Kevin said, if they could repair my tire they would send the other one back, no problem. Well, turned out the leak was in the sidewall and therefore unrepairable. The good news is they had the exact same tire that I needed just like they said they would. Then, they had me in and out in less than an hour. They really made my day by providing such great service! It was easy, with fair prices, great staff and excellent service! I will definitely use them again, and I will highly recommend them to family members and friends!

I came in with a flat tire on my Tesla after driving up from San Diego, so I was already in a bit of a stressful situation. Edgar, Gustavo, and Jonathan took great care of me from the moment I arrived. They were able to quickly repair the nail in my tire, which was a huge relief. On top of that, they checked my alignment at no cost, which I really appreciated. After the inspection, we went ahead and fixed the alignment, and the whole process was smooth and transparent. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish—professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It honestly felt light years ahead of the kind of service I’ve experienced at Tesla, and it was much more economical too. I left feeling very well taken care of and truly appreciate the level of service I received. Highly recommend.

I had google searched "customer provided motor oil service" and this place popped up. I called to confirm and they verified. When I arrived, they were very friendly and professional. Upon changing my oil, they pointed out that my tire was in dire need of replacement (which it was) (picture provided). I would've never noticed if the car wasn't elevated: they immediately provided an option for replacement for $215 or said they can order a cheaper one and it would arrive at noon the next day. I wanted to keep cost low so I elected for them to order. The fact the provided the cheaper option for me let me know they weren't in it for the money but for great customer service. To my surprise, they told me to leave my rim there for the replacement and threw on my spare for me so I could get home! And mind you this was a little past closing hours. Wow! Next Day: I get a phone call at 8 am saying the tire arrived already and they were putting it on the rim I had left the night before. Excellent service.
