Ordered online and they confirmed they were ready for me very quickly. Shipping was fast. Once there, the staff are very professional and you can tell they run a well-oiled machine. View on GoogleSerious safety issue after tire installation！ I had two new rear tires installed here yesterday, but the experience was deeply concerning. After leaving the shop and driving on the highway, the car started swaying side to side and felt extremely unstable, almost like floating on a boat. When I checked the tire pressure on my Tesla screen, I was shocked to find the rear tires were inflated to 47 and 49 psi, while the recommended pressure is 42 psi. This level of over-inflation is not only unprofessional but dangerous, as it compromised the vehicle's traction and handling at high speeds. I am very disappointed that I had to manually fix such a basic safety requirement myself. Please ensure your technicians double-check the manufacturer's recommended PSI before releasing a vehicle to a customer.
View on GoogleTire warning light came on. Since I hike in Reseda, I drove over to America's Tire in Canoga Park to have a free tore pressure check. Luckily, no line, since soon after opening. Caesar was great, checked my tire pressure and suggested since the one tire was really low, I should have the tires checked for damage. Grateful to Travis, who came into the waiting area regularly to give me updates Cashier was great, tires were checked and I was out in less than one hour. This store is 15.5 miles from my home, the North Hollywood store closed many years ago. But the service is worth the drive!
View on GoogleA word of advice: always take photos of your wheels and rims before leaving your car here, and check them carefully when you return. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my last visit was very disappointing. I picked up my car with obvious, fresh rim damage — a sharp cut with somethink look like black paint still around it. The staff even admitted it wasn’t noted in the initial inspection, yet in the end dismissed it as “curb rash” and walked away. After years of loyalty, to lose a customer over something so clear and unresolved shows a serious lack of accountability.

As a single woman, car-related issues can honestly feel overwhelming and stressful for me. I don’t always feel confident walking into auto shops, but this experience completely changed that. I left feeling relieved, taken care of, and confident in the work that was done. It’s such a good feeling to find a place where you’re treated with respect and honesty. I highly recommend this location to anyone — especially if car stuff stresses you out like it does for me!
