Leo made a strong first impression. He came out promptly to diagnose the check engine light and identified a catalytic converter issue. The $99 diagnostic fee applied toward future repairs, which I appreciated. We agreed to move forward with additional work—spark plugs, an oxygen sensor, and front brake rotors—at a set price. However, after that initial visit, it became extremely difficult to get him back on site. The first scheduled appointment was a no-show. The second time, he sent someone without proper coordination, so no one was available to provide access to the vehicle. On the third attempt, we confirmed a date and time again, but once more, no one showed up. At this point, it raises concerns that this could be a bait-and-switch type of scenario—strong upfront engagement to secure the job, but no follow-through once work is agreed upon. Leo seemed very promising at first, and I genuinely wanted this to be a positive experience. Unfortunately, the lack of reliability and communication makes it hard to recommend.

Leo sent his mechanic for the diagnostic, I paid the $99 and then it went all down hill from there. It’s a joke and a scam. Here’s the texts for full transparency. View on Googlei called for no crank no start.. I literally took the battery out and charged it at autozone. It was my first time working on BMW and I was scared about connecting the wrong terminal cables on the assembly… called Leo to ask for help and he charged me $150 to literally tighten my 10mm bolts. That’s it.. car started immediately and he wrote his own review with my phone. I’m return because the car won’t start or crank and he never showed up to help me after agreeing to a timeframe. Seems he wanted quick money and dip. So much for the 2 year warranty services offered after paying for services prior..
