Had a really good experience with Acura service recently. Bailey was a very attentive and helpful service advisor, always staying in touch and giving updates on the status of my car. While my ZDX was getting software updates, they provided me with a loaner vehicle that was brand new, super clean, and very comfortable. Overall, everything was smooth and professional. Really appreciate the great customer service!
View on GoogleI want to recommend Joey to anybody looking for service, advice and personality. I had a repair done thru my extended warranty and it did not solve my problem. I brought the car back and told Joey that it had not been addressed. He immediately gave me a loaner; took the car and had the work done without going to my extended warranty ( a $100 deductible that I had previously paid)and had the problem researched and fixed. He was a pleasure to work with and couldn't help me more. So nice to meet someone like that. I will definitely call him I have a problem again. I have had 10 Acuras starting with the Legend and do not want to go to another brand of car.
View on GoogleService can be a hit or miss in any place. I love the service department specially Carlos and their shuttle driver Gilbert. They are welcoming, understanding and have a lot of product knowledge. It helps that they give you realistic wait times and communicate with both text and calls. Also a feature I like a lot is the service text with actual video footage of the inspections. Carlos also reminds you of the free car wash so make sure to take that up.
