love the owner and the workers there. i have been taking my car there for over 2 years and have never failed me. i just took my car last week to get coilovers and my intake installed and i absolutely loved the results. and as y’all can see edgar, the owner, has a body shop and they fixed my 2 year old faded carbon fiber hood and left it like i just got it yesterday. i can’t say nothing more than i love this shop and will forever continue to get my cars fixed here.
View on GoogleExtremely rude and unprofessional. Tried to come here to get Brake and Light Inspection done on my Subaru for salvage retention. Just got my entire car repaired at the body shop, then was referred to come here to get my inspection done. First I show up for my appointment and no one was around and I was waiting outside in the lot for over 10min, called the number to ask where they were and guy on the phone said "oh, everyones eating lunch. We'll be there in a little bit once were done." So then why did I get an appointment time during lunch...? Then after few more minutes, someone finally comes out and says I was at the wrong garage, I had to drive down 5 more garages.... So then I drive down, and a really nice lady is standing outside and offers to help me and get me started. As she starts inside the car, a random guy comes over and starts opening my doors and circling my car with no introduction, has no idea he worked there, didn't say hello or anything. He finally starts talking to the lady, so now I assume he works there? He starts checking my brake lights/tail lights, then comes around to check my headlights and says "I can't certify this car, your headlights are dirty....." then proceeds to say "oh, you got your car repaired?? you're missing a piece in your fender, I can't pass this car because of the fender either." I then ask "how does dirty lights and a missing piece behind my fender affect my "BRAKES AND LIGHTS" inspection, and he proceeds to just say "well because they're dirty, they don't pass inspection..." Didn't even try to give me a referral to clean the lights, or to fix my fender, or anything. I finally try to start talking to the nice lady to get more of an explanation from her on why my car doesn't pass, and 2 other men come out and interrupt her and raise their voices to me all talking over each other saying the same thing the other man did. I was just trying to get an explanation from the nice lady, who seemed to be the only one who wanted to help me. The man then told the lady "unplug everything from her car, we won't be helping her." Uhhh, won't be helping me because I'm asking question and wanted to understand the diagnosis you were giving my car??? Throughly disappointed. I was referred here by my local mechanic who typically refers clients here, and after that I WILL NOT be coming back to try to get an inspection, and my mechanic will also not be referring anymore clients here after the way I was treated. Will be heading to Simi Valley, and my mechanic will not be sending his clients there. They charge $250 and apparently were charging my mechanics referrals $350: so upcharging from their local referring mechanics. Please don't go here, extremely rude and unprofessional.
