I brought my car to this mechanic hoping to resolve some issues, but the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After leaving my car in their hands, I was assured that the problems would be fixed. However, when I picked up my car, none of the issues were resolved--not a single one. To make matters worse, I was charged for services that clearly were not performed. When I reached out to discuss the problems, I was met with excuses and complete unwillingness to take responsibility. Despite multiple attempts to get a refund for the shoddy work, they refused to provide any compensation. This place lacks both professionalism and integrity. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this mechanic unless you want to waste your time and money. I have no idea how this company has a 5 star profile as I'm writing this review.

My starter died, I called and they let me tow the car over after hours. The next day they ran diagnostics, quoted me cost, and had me back on the road same day. Very honest, knowledgeable, friendly guys. They're now my Cali Automotive shop as I'm relocating here.
