A.G. Automotive and Diagnosis

We are so grateful to have found Chuck and Tammy. We have San original Chevy that needed some adjustments for a coast to coast trip and they came through. They were able to find the parts and completed the job on a crazy timeframe but also work with our budget. We are foverver grateful, especially with everything personal that happened, they still came through. It is a blessing to find good people that will keep it straight and honest. Chuck’s a super nice guy and Tammy is also very kind. My car was acting up, big time. Diagnosis: Needs a new fuel pump. I asked that it also receives new spark plugs. $800 Car was still acting up still, now bogging out when trying to accelerate.. “We can’t take it now, come back next week.” So I did. Car was in the shop for 2 weeks… I kept calling and calling and being put off. “Haven’t gotten around to it.” Had to go out of town, but still kept calling to see if it’s been driven, etc. Finally. Diagnosis: Need to replace the fuel pump under warranty and replace the fuel injectors. $900. “It’ll be like you’re driving a new car!”($252 for diagnosis/$647 for injectors.) Went to pick it up… Now… it’s blowing white smoke all day long and full on stops at intersections. Diagnosis: “ I’ve spent too much time on this. It’s just going to get worse. You have a bad leaking engine. Needs a new/rebuilt engine.” That’s what I originally asked day months ago… before the fuel pump. (On my own, I did put engine sealing products in with my latest oil change. A.G. said they drained this new oil [and sealant] and replaced it with thicker oil.) For me, it was never about the money, but the time. I was as patient as I could be and we used a lot of irretrievable time getting the wrong diagnoses. Perhaps this diagnosis should’ve been handled without looking for codes. Now I’m wondering if the original replaced fuel pump was actually working fine. It was the leaking engine all along. So yeah, maybe it is now also about the money. Either way, lesson learned.

Been doing the "happy dance" in my mind cos my truck works again! After "Muffler Nayarit" & his little cronie did a number on ma vehicle, Mr Chuck (to me) bent backwards to get it fixed! Tammy was great cos she made me feel like a friend & not just a customer. I am grateful! Praise God ma truck runs and sounds great! Pics of what was replaced repaired by those crooks posing as "mechanic$"

Everything works great on my vehicle now! They do a thorough job diagnosing the problem and get you back on the road in no time! All of the employees are very friendly and considerate, Tammy even gave me a ride home so I could leave my car there and on another visit, so did Melissa. They kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on with all the repairs. AG has a holistic approach to checking on and maintaining your car! Thank you!
