최악의 경험이었습니다. 타이어 교체 중 휠 허브 볼트를 파손시키고도 책임을 인정하지 않았습니다. 오히려 계속해서 거짓된 설명으로 상황을 모면하려는 모습에 매우 실망했습니다. 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다. Horrible experience. I visited this shop for a tire replacement, and during the service a wheel stud was damaged. What concerned me most was not the damage itself, but how the situation was handled afterward. First, I was told that one of the studs had been installed incorrectly beforehand and could break during removal. However, the stud had already been broken at that point. Second, when I raised concerns about the damaged stud, the owner repeatedly denied that the shop had caused the damage. Third, after a lengthy discussion, I was told that a nearby repair shop had been contacted and would fix it at the this shop's expense. When I later visited that repair shop, I was informed that they had not received any such call. Mistakes can happen during automotive work, and I understand that. What I cannot overlook is the lack of accountability and the inconsistent explanations I received. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this place.

I came here once for flat repairs and they charged around $20–25, so I trusted this shop. Recently I brought my own spare tire and was quoted $45 just to mount and balance it. I agreed at the time, but later realized this is much higher than what most shops charge for the same service. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Anyway, I had a tough day with tire problems, but you explained it to me so kindly and replaced it in 20 minutes at the lowest price. The service is very, very refreshing. I recommend this place. I always intend to come back again.

Family and Staff are super friendly! I had a flat tire on my Tesla and they were able to accommodate with the exact tire I needed to match my other tires. They also filled my other tires for free. I was in and out within 15 mins. Highly recommend this shop. (they were able to get me the tire faster than Tesla offered; which was a 1 week wait)

This is a nice family run business that has been a staple in the Ktown community. $140 for mbz front left Hangook tire. I didn’t bother calling around so I can’t say much about the price but this place has always been competitively priced with fast service so worth it even if it’s not the cheapest. Even when it’s packed, they are staffed up and you’re in and out in less than 30 minutes. I especially love how joyful the ajumah lady was through the entire process of writing up the invoice and letting me know when I was all set to go :) One note in terms of area of improvement, the cashier lady seemed like she was having a bad day but it’s not uncommon for a business to have rude employees here and there. No reason to turn me off from coming back for cheap tires.
