I TRUST JUAN and my family will be taking all of their vehicles to him from now on. I took my vehicle to a different shop that was close to me and it took them 3 visits for them to have any idea why my car was overheating. I went to another shop that did a diagnostic and they gave me a very expensive quote. From doing a lot of searching, I found Juan’s business and he was able to help me on a weekend. He picked up my call promptly and answered all of my questions. The repair was on a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan engine oil filter cooler housing complete assembly replacement due to coolant leaking causing vehicle to overheat because of low coolant level. Engine oil change service included in the repair. Juan used a little over 6 qts STP full synthetic 5W-20 engine oil, new drain bolt, and engine oil filter cartridge. I had my vehicle towed to his garage on Sunday evening and picked up my vehicle on Tuesday evening. It has been running great; so far, so good! Juan is very organized, diligent, and communicates very well. He kept showing me photos of what he was doing, keeping me in the loop of all the progress. He earned his training from a legitimate auto program and has been working professionally as a tech for more than 10 years. He is educated in the field and will generously explain something so you feel very comfortable with what he will be doing. As mentioned earlier, my family will be going to him from now on and I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs help. Thank you, Juan!!!!

He also gave me helpful recommendations on what maintenance I’ll need in the future without making me feel pressured. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated receiving photos and videos of the work being done!! it gave me peace of mind knowing exactly what was happening with my vehicle. My experience with Juan was absolutely amazing! He is a mechanic who gives you a great reasonable price and actually fixes the problem your car has. He was able to accommodate me with days and times, as this was an urgent matter for my car. Every step of the way, he sent videos, text messages and pictures of what he was working on. He goes the extra mile with his work and elaborates what he is going to do, what he has done, and what the issue is. With each explanation, he explains it in a way that is easy to understand, which is very helpful. He originally was hired for as a mobile mechanic to come to my neighborhood, but with the complexity of my cars issue, I left my car in the care of his hands at his place so he can continue working on it the next day. Even then, he kept me updated when he was going to start working on the car and updates on every step of the process. You can tell Juan is very knowledgeable in the work he does, takes pride in work, and does an absolutely great honest work. I knew my car was going to be in great hands from the first initial phone call with him. I would 100% definitely recommend Juan to anyone who is having car troubles/needs a mobile mechanic and I will definitely be using him in the future if needed. 10/10 recommend! I got a hotel room in the Carson area for the weekend and that Saturday my starter went out. I live 2 hrs away and was not about to pay for a tow so I looked for a mobile mechanic. Found Juan Top Flight Mechanic, gave him the run down and said he’d be here the next morning. Sure enough, he came Sunday 9am and was done by the time I had to check out. Definitely helped out and it was cheaper than getting it towed home! He even helped top off my oil for me. If you’re in the area and need a mechanic, I would definitely recommend him
