Great experience!!! Took my car in for what I thought was a minor issue. Heard a clacking noise coming from the engine and brakes were grinding. Brakes were a simple fix, pebble stuck in the calipers. The clacking noise, turns out I needed a new motor 🫠. There were metal shavings in the oil filter. Thankfully, I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought my car. Long story short, Sal (service advisor) dealt with the insurance company and was able to get me a replacement motor that came directly from Ford and not the third party company the insurance company uses. The best part is that the bill cane out to under $17,000 & I only paid $447...The car is running great. Thanks guys.

The entire team was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about doing the job the right way (and in a timely manner). The shop itself is clean, organized, and very well maintained, which immediately gave my husband and I confidence that our vehicle was in good hands. They took the time to clearly explain the repairs, provided transparent and itemized pricing, and followed through exactly as promised. (Shoutout to Jeff, we appreciate your thoroughness and help!!) What really stood out was how they went above and beyond… not just fixing the issues, but making sure everything was documented clearly and that we felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. It’s hard and stressful to find a good mechanic, and this is not one of them. Here’s my story……. I am on a limited budget as I explained to them. I bought a $500 tester to check my system, swapped, plugs, wires, injectors, coils, did a vacuum smoke test, and still had misfires. I didn’t want to dig further, so I told ACA what I did and they told me they could diagnose it for $190. On my limited budget, I made the call. The next morning, one of their young mechanics called and said my truck wouldn’t start. He asked if there was a Killswitch or something. That is new. He seemed embarrassed and wanted to get off the phone quickly when I started questioning him. When I ended up picking up my truck, they said it was a missing starter relay. My truck is stock. They lied. Anyway, they called and said they repeated everything I already did and now they want an additional $530 for additional testing. This was never explained to me and they took money I couldn’t afford to throw away. I picked up my truck. I told them I wasn’t happy and they couldn’t have cared less. In my opinion, it looks like they hire young people straight out of mechanic school with no real life experience. Make your own choice, but I would never refer anybody to this place unless maybe you have a simple fix that is clearly diagnosed on the tester. Even then…🤔 So I just popped my hood and looked at my starter relay. It’s the original! These guys 100% lied and I now highly recommend that you do not take your vehicle there.

Everyone at ACA is friendly, courteous, and professional. Their waiting area is very clean and comfortable. They gave me an estimated wait time and my car was done before the promised completion time. The best thing I like about the is that they are very honest, no hidden fees. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent customer service! I had been having issues with my Buick Enclave and had been taking it to my local mehanic. I did not feel confident at all with the repairs done by this mechanic. It was time to move on. I looked on Yelp and ACA Automotive had high reviews. I decided to take my car in and have them look at. Gil was amazing! My car was returned the next day Gil said no repairs were needed at this time all was good with the vehicle. When you find an honest trustworthy competent car mechanic shop you have struck gold in my mind. ACA Automotive is my new auto mechanic shop. I highly recommend them
