Negligent and unsafe service. Got a battery replacement here and they failed to secure my battery to the car. I noticed when the power steering started failing, and found that all the battery’s brackets, fasteners, and insulator had disappeared. The battery was left under the hood to just bounce around. When I went back to ask them to correct the issue or give me a refund, they refused and told me that I could pay them for new parts. Don’t trust this business!

Great group of people here! They replaced my struts and shocks, tires, two TPMS sensors, did an oil change, wheel alignment, and changed my windshield wipers and secured a loose hose with a new clamp (which I'm so glad they noticed). I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks guys!!

I had an outstanding experience with America’s Tire, thanks to Joseph. From the moment I called, he was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. When I arrived, he took the time to clearly explain my repair options in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Getting a flat on the freeway was stressful, especially not knowing what to do or having anyone to call for help but Joseph completely changed that experience for me. He was calm, professional, and genuinely caring, making sure I felt supported every step of the way. Because of him, what could have been a very overwhelming situation turned into a smooth and positive one. I’m truly grateful for his help and highly recommend both Joseph and America’s Tire!

My husband has been coming here for quite some time and I always appreciate how well they take care of him. I took my car in for an oil change the other day and I really appreciated being told what my car would need on the next visit rather than be pressured to take care of it on that visit. Very grounded and not salesy. Much appreciated!!! Also he replaced my brake light for me after I had forgotten about until we were checking out. Thank you!!!

Went in for a tire replacement. The service was fast and got the job done, but after I took a closer look later in the day I noticed a bunch of scratches on my rim. I'm not 100% sure they did it BUT I don't recall seeing any of those prior to taking the tire in. So my guess is they were careless when handling my tire. I should have taken a before picture.
