I had a really good experience at South Bay Auto Center! I head to this area about twice a month and on my drive, my car system suddenly notified me that my tire pressure was low; in particular, one tire even showed up as 0 PSI. It was scary because I'm not local to the area and was worried about my 30 mile drive back. I was just searching for any car repair shop on my way and happened across South Bay. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and helpful! He helped to check all my tire pressures and also checked the monitoring system to see if everything was working correctly. Everything seemed to be working correctly. He inflated my tires and assured me I should be fine until I got back. He did suggest that my tires were due for a changing. He did all of this free of charge and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. If I ever have a car issue when I'm in the area, I would go back again!

Beto, the manager is so personable and provides amazing customer experience by taking the time to get to know each guest. I came in and loved the service provided and work done on my car that I recommended this shop to another friend and she too, was pleased. All my concerns were addressed and I even got a chance to see the parts replaced in my vehicle and they provided a thorough explanation of the situation. I am so thankful for the sweet technicians and job well done. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

As a girl, it’s hard finding a shop that doesn’t try to take advantage, but everyone here was super kind and upfront about everything. They explained what needed to be done, didn’t overcharge, and got it done fast. My car feels great now and I’ll definitely be coming back!
