Horrible experience.. I dropped off my car at 8:30 am did not receive not one call from them all day ... Managed to get to auto shop and it was closed.. I got a hold of Tony and said that my car wouldn't be ready till the next day . Had a really bad attitude... Then he said "okay I will give you your car back but don't ever bring it back to my shop again" all I was asking for was for some type of communication. On another note people had mentioned to me that these shops have been scamming people for years ... Also 1400 e. Anaheim St shop is affiliated with this shop. .beware

My husband and I came to Toño for several car repairs over the years. I had new brakes, rotors, drums, and brake shoes installed by his mechanics at his shop. I did have a few issues with this service, but after several back and forth conversations between my husband, him, and I, Toño resolved the issue, which we appreciated.

Horrible mechanic, worst customer service ever!! Unreliable, unprofessional and have no idea how to deal with customers in a professional business manner. They installed the wrong O2 sensor which did not solve the “check engine” light problem. Antonio who’s in my opinion is incompetent, a crook and a complete basket case wanted to me to leave the car with him for a whole day so he can look into problem further. Goggling into the part Antonio purchased and his mechanic installed, it was the wrong sensor. I was able to find the correct O2 sensor using the vehicle VIN number which I bought and took to him to install. Immediately the “check engine” light problem was resolved. When I asked Antonio for a refund on the wrong O2 sensor that he bought and charged me for, he said “I don’t have the money right now and once I return the part I’ll refund you the $65.00. I followed up with hime several times and he still doesn't have the $$. A complete rib-off and dishonest person.

These guys are more than reasonable! They took care of me at about half the cost of any other shop! My car! They fixed 2 years ago! Still running like a top! I don't give out 5 stars! But they got it! Thanks great work!
