I had a great experience at Royal Tire Pros. The waiting room was pristine and very comfortable, which is always appreciated when you’re waiting on service. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was impeccable and the staff was very professional. They helped me replace my battery at a comparable price, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I want to give a special thanks to Norman and John—both were top notch. Their attention to detail and level of integrity really stood out. You can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and about their customers. I’ve actually been a long-time customer, even through the different name changes over the years, and the quality of service has always been consistent. Businesses everywhere should have employees with the kind of professionalism and integrity that Norman and John show. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend their services.

Had an issue with my vehicle and Carlos took on the job head on. He was very transparent when I first called in and told me to bring the car by to get a more accurate estimate. I went by and had an unforgettable experience. Past experiences at auto repair shops have made me extra cautious but I felt right at home when I came to my new go to shop.
