Park's Transmission

Highly recommend this shop. I took my car in to have the transmission fluid drained as my car was almost at 50,000 miles and I want to keep my transmissionin good working condition, the job only took around one and a half hours. Reasonably priced for the fluid drain. I live fairly close by, but Eddie at the shop drove me home after I left my car there and he picked me up after my car was done, which saved me two Uber rides. Just called about my 2014 Fusion hybrid which has a noisy transmission but otherwise works normally. When i called, without even looking at the car to diagnose it, I was told over the phone it would need a new transmission and when I said i wanted to find someone who might look at it and work on it I was told dismissively “well you’re looking for a miracle ha ha ha good luck ha ha” I wouldn’t go to them he was cussing on the phone with me, wouldn’t consider working on the transmission going straight to “replace it” and lacked any semblance of professionalism.

Had my Jeep LJ transmission going into limp mode. They rebuilt the valve body and at the same time I had them add an auxiliary trans cooler for off-roading. Quick and done. They also replace the belt and tensioner because it was going bad. Great work.

Wow...they wanted to charge me $2,600 for a sensor... people invest in a good diagnostic system of your own - Google/YouTube - to purchase the part I needed including shipping and taxes came to $72! Yes that's all! It took less than an hour from start to finish! I am sad to say I felt like I was being ripped off here had I went with their service.

Iam leaving this review to let others know not to make the same mistake I made. My first time at this place I seen that the workers are not unified it is very unprofessional there they were arguing about what was wrong with someone's transmission. It seems like there answer for every problem is someone needs a new transmission. Instead of me taking that as a hint to not come back I still gave grace and tried to do business with them. When I took my car there I asked them can they explain to my son what was going on with the car because I don't know about these things. They told my son that it was the transfer case and that they were charging 1,900 to fix it. Days later they tell my son that's not the problem it was only a bolt and a washer that needed to be replaced which is a minor problem from what they said at first. They told my son they were not able to find the part that I needed and Eddie asked my son could he find the part. Instead of Eddie saying that they couldn't do the job. My son found the part which was not easy to find and it took a while which Eddie knew from the start. My son asked Eddie before he was able to find the part did he need to get the car and pay them for taking the transmission out so it wouldn't be a inconvenience. I have the conversations where my son asked Eddie that twice Eddie never said it was a problem when my son got the part to them and they put the part on Eddie decided to charge me 2,100 because Eddie said they lost money for waiting for the part but they were asked did the car need to be picked up ahead of time so it wouldn't be an inconvenience they played me, over charged me, and lied to me. They're very unprofessional they're a transmission shop how we're they not able to find the part but my son was. My son paid for the part as well all they hade to do was labor which should have been only 600 to do like I said it was only a bolt and washer that needed to be replaced. The guy Eddie is a lier, unfair, and unprofessional. He even got disrespectful with the tow truck driver that is wrong. What I'm saying is not he say or she say I actually seen the conversations for myself. Please don't ever go to this shop they have old men that should be retired in there working doing all the labor. Please find someone more professional to work on your cars.
