As my latest vehicle 2009 cr-v started showing issues without warning this place was one of the mechanic auto service recommended by AAA and opened the earliest by 30 minutes to open and to get a new starter replaced. I was caught off guard when the billed appeared over a thousand dollars and the AAA discount is only 5% off your bill. Besides that I didn't like so much was a couple of things under the hood that wasn't put back after being inspected🤦‍♂️. It was a good call on my part to look it over after pickup. The recommended things that need done was a good to know. My mistake was not looking at reviews for auto shops ahead of time in case my vehicle stated having issues. Customer service from Edward, the guy in the office was fine and friendly enough.

I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would 💯% recommend this place.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Everyone was friendly, professional, and communicative. I took my vehicle in for an inspection and ended up having alignment and brake work done. The team kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and did a great job. As a female customer, I especially appreciated being treated with respect and never feeling pressured. Thank you Josue and Edward for the great customer service. I like their customer service, friendly and curtious when I first called and got there. I like their transparency on what needs to be done, and advice on what needs to be done first and what can wait till next visit. They're AAA accredited which is another plus. Steve and rest of staff treated me well and I'll be bring in my Honda Fit for further servicing. I brought my Fit in to get new bolts for loose bottom engine panel cover. At the same time got all the fluid changed. It needed to be done and it was the perfect place to get it done. Their professionalism gave me the peace of mind of the job getting done right and at fair price

Steve and Eddie at Orozco/Atlantic Avenue are the best! They helped us coordinate a complicated repair for our daughter's car. They were always helpful, responsive and truthful at every stage in the process. They are friendly to all customers, have a clean and welcoming waiting room, and courtesy rides homes. It's great to know we can call on them as our go-to service center. Recommend them highly!!
