After going to some other alignment shop and receiving my car back with my steering wheel in the right turn position when my vehicle was going straight and developing not one but 2 malfunction lights glowing bright on the dash of my 2002 mercedes benz E320 I was sceptical about where I was going to take my car! There is a Ochoa's tire right across the street from my house so I explained my situation to them and they informed me that they weren't set up to do alignments at that time but if I take it to there other location that they will take care of me there and that they do it right there and would never return a customers vehicle in the condition mine was in , I went to the other location also close to my home! I am almost at a loss for words what a smooth professional business transaction I had! Also the quality of the work they did was outstanding they aligned my benz perfectly and did it in what I would consider a short amount of time given the condition my vehicle was given to them in! When I received my vehicle back from Ochoa's my steering was corrected perfectly straight all the dash lights triggered by the last alignment shops shady alignment were now off and my benz now rolls straight down the road when I remove my hands from the steering wheel! I took the time to right this long old review just to give everyone an idea of the the hell I went through and how one stop at the right place made all the difference in the world! They were also $50 cheaper then the shop that made my car worse then it was when it got to them! I am gonna look for my receipt because I would like to list the name of those other clowns so nobody makes the same mistake I did, I wouldn't let those guys work on my bicycle! I don't just go around righting kick ass reviews about anyone who isn't really kick ass, So trust me when I tell you use Ochoa's and you won't be disappointed And I Stand On That! Thanks guys in my opinion you are a class act, and I am a customer for life!
