I came here instead of an Apple Store to get my AirPods fixed. The person that helped me at first was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My AppleCare had sadly expired 20 days before me arriving, which sucked, but that’s not their fault. I basically put down 30 bucks and they check my AirPods for water damage or for anything wrong. I got a call back within an hour saying that they couldn’t figure out the problem and they had to ship it for further repairs. In the end it took about five days they shipped it and everything, they informed me that it was water damage, and I got two new AirPods. All for 30 bucks nothing else I had to put down. Great place.
