I can't express enough how thankful l am to have brought my Mercedes to Luis at Premium Auto Repair. He provided an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which I really appreciated. He even took pictures throughout the service to show me. His patience and attention to detail made the entire process less stressful for me, and it's clear he genuinely cares about both his work and his customers. Had to leave a low review for this establishment purely based off customer service and how I was treated at their location. I called prior to my arrival and arrived, they had workers on-site, no one greeted me , they all looked at me and proceeded to either just continue smoking cigarettes and being on phone (multiple employees). I walked into their office to see if I can speak with anyone, again no one in office. I steer away from businesses who got little to no customer service, it's actually sad, and I wouldn't want those type of people with those attitudes working on my vehicle. If they acting clueless in person and treating me like they don't see a customer wondering around their establishment looking for help. I even waved at a employee and he immediately disregarded my gesture and walked away. I whole heartly swear to God on my review 🙏 God bless to those who read 🙏

I've been to other mechanics in the area they were all overpriced. And then I found LB autos from my first experience there, to my last these guys are reasonable and they know their stuff. So if you want quality work at a reasonable price go here and ask for Luis......
