Latinos Auto Electric

I took my car to Latinos Auto Electric due to the engine light coming on and some light shaking upon turning on my car. I went there initially for an estimate and compared the price to other local electric shops estimates I've received and my gut feeling was telling me to come back to this shop because Jose was so professional and had excellent customer service and didn't push me into a quick decision. He listened to my concerns and gave me all answers I needed without rushing me or patronizing me. He took his time to do a diagnostic test, and explained to me everything he needs to do and how much time and money will that cost me. He did an excellent job on my car and I felt relaxed the job would be done in agreed time frame. While at Latinos Electric Shop, I had a pleasure of interacting with other customers who all seemed happy and they all told me how much they trust Jose and his father who is the owner of the shop. I noticed the whole family was working at the shop. It felt wonderful to see a truly family operating local business in action. They are very nice people and I enjoyed our conversation. Jose finished his job and my car runs great! He provided me with a detailed receipt and gave me a warranty. I feel so grateful and truly appreciate his help and I will be going back again, if for nothing else, just to change oil... I strongly recommend anyone in need of honest and respectful mechanics to go to Latinos Electric Shop! I'm not a Hispanic woman promoting a cousin or a friend for a sake of a good review. As a non-Hispanic women, I promote this business because of the good work they do!!! I strongly encourage all female drivers to go there, because Jose will not patronize you. They made a custom wiring harness for my classic truck restoration. Super happy with the outcome, got the job done quick, and at a fair price. I recommend this shop and will definitely be back for future

Took my car there because IT WAS NOT TURNING ON, they said it was the hybrid battery, try to charge me 5k for a new one, I brought them my own battery, they said no, this battery is not good and it' might be the wiring. Then they said "someone has been messing with the wiring, please come tow your car out of here we don't want to touch it anymore". And charge me $200. I took it up the street at ALEX JR AUTO MECHANIC AND ELECTRIC ! ALEX JR AUTO MECHANIC AND ELECTRIC ! And they saved me so much money ! THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY HYBRID BATTERY ! It was the wiring ! Your name says "electric" !! But can't fix the electric issues ? Take it to Alex Jr Mechanic and Electric

Latinos Auto Electric is hands down the best automotive repair shop in the city of Long Beach. After working with a handful of bad mechanics, my neighbors recommended me to LAE. I have to say they are the most professional and honest mechanics I have come across. They are not going to sugar coat things or lie to you like other mechanics. Sometimes they can be undermanned and so keep in consideration the size of your job and the time needed to complete. There is an auto parts warehouse right next to the shop. So they offer you the opportunity to grab whatever part you might need and then replace it, while only charging you labor. I brought in my truck and countless other cars which they have repaired to a spec. They were also able to replace and fix issues at a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. They deserve praise and credit for offering Long Beach with an outstanding mechanic shop. I recommend anyone who is looking for a mechanic or having trouble with their current mechanic to just head on down to Latino's Auto Electric.Don't listen to these cheap junkies wanting stuff for free. I've legit been here over 20 times 6 different cars.

I was impressed by this mechanic. He was VERY honest and charged a VERY reasonable price. I had been told all types of things from other mechanics and expected a huge bill. I wound up paying less than $200, and he took the time to investigate the source of the issue without doing a bunch of unnecessary work AND offered me a 2 year warranty. I will be going back with any other issue in the future.
