Came in to get my brake pads fixed and KC did not disappoint! As a single woman who knows literally nothing about cars, I usually feel a bit anxious about going to car shops but KC was super genuine, honest, and helpful. No weird vibes, no upselling, just real help and good prices. This is officially my new car place woohoo!

View on GoogleLet me start off by saying I’m not 100% knowledgeable about cars but everywhere I called was appalled that he did a brake job and didn’t tell me anything about replacing my rotors. I paid $240 total for the front and the back brakes. My car is still shaking every time I brake. I called KC to explain to him the problem he told me that I had to pay an additional $60-$70 each side to fix my rotors but then when I went to him in person so I could possibly get the job today he switched up on me and said it’s going to cost me $75-$80 per side. Come to find out I didn’t even need a brake replacement I actually needed new rotors. If he’s so knowledgeable and has decades of experience, why didn’t he explain to me I need to also replace my rotors instead of telling me I need to break my brakes in by driving over 100 miles? Then told me that my rotors were fine when they were warped. I will NEVER comeback this man is a liar and a thief How are your prices fair when your charging me more than the dealership
