After being rear-ended, I was worried about getting my car back to its original condition, but this shop exceeded my expectations. They replaced my bumper and did an amazing job with the paint work. Everything looks factory-new, and you can’t even tell there was any damage. The team was friendly, honest, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. I am so beyond pleased with Galaxy Auto Haus! Last year, my car had a slight disagreement with a brick wall… which left some pretty significant damage to the entire front end. I was honestly expecting a stressful, expensive process, but Galaxy Auto Haus completely changed that experience. They took the time to actually walk me through pricing by showing me options online instead of just throwing out random numbers or going off past estimates. The transparency alone was a huge green flag. What really stood out was their problem-solving. Other shops told me the entire car would need to be repainted because of the specific diamond blue color, which sounded like a nightmare in both cost and time. But Galaxy Auto Haus found parts already coated in the exact paint match — saving me both time and money. That level of effort and attention to detail is rare. They also offered alternatives when issues came up, including some no-cost options (y’all seriously rocked for that). And I have to talk about the front desk/customer service ICON everyone mentions in the reviews — because wow, it’s all true 😂 She is beyond personable, incredibly helpful, and communicates so well. She even sent photo updates throughout the process, which made me feel so reassured. Honestly, she’s probably bringing in half the business herself and deserves a raise. She is seriously an amazing asset. Overall, this was such a smooth, positive experience. I’ll absolutely be referring everyone (and their mother) here. Went in for damage control on my car , was nervous about the paint as my color isn’t normal lol it’s matte black but they did an excellent job and we’re in constant communication with me throughout the process. It really was an overall great experience with them not fun that I had to get car work done but they were great with customer service and the job work! I would definitely recommend !

This was my first experience with this place and I would have to say, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of repairs to their car. While looking around for the right person for the job, I was also seeing if certain places had loaner cars while yours is in the shop, which Galaxy did! Chris gave me a great deal on the car rental and was there every step of the process keeping me updated with the details about my car. They were able to fix everything + more all within my budget which I loved the most! They definitely take care of their clients the right way and are affordable too. Loved my experience here!

Had a great experience with this body shop. Real happy with the service and staff. All the staff is really nice and the price was great. I had airbags that needed to be install and modules that needed to program and they did it all. Took it to Toyota and passed everything. Super grateful for their help and efficient time. Recommend to all.
