Euro Car Masters was fantastic! Michael fixed our skid plate in record time and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming, and we got to watch the world cup while they fixed our car. The service was fast, professional, and very affordable. I would definitely reccomend this place to a family member or friend.

2018 GLS550 I dropped my car off for a radiator replacement , Luis called and said my serpentine belt was shedding so I authorize him to replace it. Wasn't surprised of the find . I appreciate that they informed me and asked if I wanted it replaced. The new radiator and fan belt work done was excellent. It's my first time visiting the shop. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Luis the manager is very likable and easy to work with. I never felt pressured or received the excessive sell pitch. He pointed out other work needed and informed me what ordered to have them done. Luis also worked with me a little on the overall price. Verdict: 1. Excellent mechanic work. 2. Friendly approachable staff ! 3. Little bit pricey. 4. I will have most of my service done here. Meredith

I’ve had both good and not-so-good experiences getting my car repaired here over the years, but I have always received good customer service. Recently, with the changes they have made (both aesthetic and staffing-related), you can notice better organization and faster turnaround when delivering repaired vehicles. There has been a drastic improvement in the system and management within the shop, for the better. It gives me confidence, and while their prices are not the cheapest on the market, they are reasonable considering the location and the service they provide. I think the concept of “you get what you pay for” applies well here.

I don’t write reviews often, but Euro Car Masters absolutely deserves one. I recently needed an oil change and some diagnostic work on my MINI, and after years of going to the same Audi tech (who’s been a friend of mine for over 20 years), I had to find a new shop locally. Finding people you genuinely trust with your car is not easy, especially when you actually know cars yourself. From the moment I walked into Euro Car Masters, the experience was incredible. Kevin and Michael at the front made everything feel easy and comfortable right away. I waited there during my first visit and honestly enjoyed being there — which is not something most people say about a mechanic shop. They were professional, personable, funny, welcoming, and still completely on top of their work the entire time. Jeremy, the mechanic who worked on my car, was equally impressive. He took the time to physically show me what was happening, explained everything clearly, confirmed the code I had already scanned, and was upfront about what needed attention now versus later. No pressure, no weird upselling, just honest, knowledgeable service. I brought the car back today for repairs, and they found an additional issue while they were in there which was also handled. What stood out just as much, though, was the level of care throughout the entire experience. Pedro, who helps run transportation and keeps everything moving behind the scenes, was incredibly kind from the very first visit. He offered coffee, snacks, checked to make sure I was comfortable, and genuinely treated me with warmth and hospitality the entire time. Today, when I dropped my car off, I mentioned I’d probably just Uber home, and Michael immediately told me they had a car service and could have Pedro take me home instead. Since I live nearby, Pedro drove me home himself and let me know they’d make sure I had a ride back later to pick up the car. Because it ended up being later in the day, they arranged and covered an Uber for me to get back to the shop. It made the entire process feel seamless. As a business owner myself, I notice and deeply appreciate that level of intentionality. It’s not just about fixing cars, it’s about how people are treated from beginning to end, and this team clearly understands that. The shop itself is impeccably clean, organized, and professional. The environment feels calm, controlled, and trustworthy, which says a lot about the people running it. I own a spatial design + organization company (Visualize Organized LLC), so I know what that looks like and how much it matters. Most importantly, I felt safe leaving my car with them, and when I picked it up, it drove beautifully. Everything sounds and feels exactly the way it should. Five stars across the board. This is my first 1 star review, and I don’t give it lightly. I paid Euro Car Masters $1,300 for new brake pads. Each time, I drove away with a very loud screeching sound. Three attempts. Three overnight holds on my car over three weeks. Spotty communication left me texting them for every update. Uber costs. A disrupted schedule. No rental car offered. And after all that, the brakes still weren’t fixed. The shop introduced a grinding and squeaking noise from the front brakes that did not exist before they touched the car. I took it to the Mercedes dealership, who performed a multi-point inspection and confirmed the noise was directly caused by improper installation & aftermarket brake pads installed without applying Stop Squeak or completing the bedding process. Standard steps that were simply skipped. The dealership’s bill to fix what Euro Car Masters did: $2,000. I called to discuss it. The GM refused any refund. So to summarize: $1,300 paid. Three failed attempts. Three weeks of disruption. A certified Mercedes service center documenting the improper installation in writing. And a $2,000 bill to clean it up. That’s $3,300 to replace brake pads. Save yourself the trouble.
