Discount Tire & Service Centers on Anaheim blew my expectations out of the water. First of all, I was able to submit an appointment request through their website for 9am the next day and they were able to accommodate. They took my car right on time and took less than an hour to determine I had a nail in my passenger front tire and to patch it up. The service and price were exceptional. I will definitely be back when I need tire services.
View on GoogleWhen you are 200 miles away from your daughter who is away at university, and a tire shop repairs her tire for free - well - this shopped just earned our family business. We will definitely be going to Discount Tire Long Beach when she needs a new set of tires. Also, they literally got her in and out of the shop in 10 minutes! It takes me 10 minutes to think about how to get the car in the air to change the tire! I am a happy Dad!
View on Googlei went to get 4 new tires-- i was happy i went there because the vibe there was so good--i wound up talking with the 2 other customers that were there and had a great time--(who ever suspects that to happen??)--- i was glad that they checked my brakes as well because it winds up i needed front brakes and i'd much rather know ahead of time rather than when i'm caught off-guard! im getting my brakes done tomorrow and i will leave a review on that next!

Just purchased 4 new blackhawk tires and I could not believe how quick they were able to complete the service. Dropped my car off at 8am, and they were done by 8:49am. The person who assisted me with such great service was GIO. Very much appreciate the customer care.

Gio and his team looked at the tire, found the problem, addressed it in 15 minutes and sent me off to be able to have a productive day where I wouldn't have to worry about safety nor how much this service was going to cost. (It cost me nothing) I was so stressed out as I saw the low tire pressure come on for my Hyundai Ioniq 5. Last time that happened, it quickly turned into a flat and about $600 to repair and I was without my car for more than a week. This time, that was not the case and I am incredibly grateful. Another customer came in while i was waiting on my car, and while she was stressed, i felt relief for her because i just knew that she had brought her car to the right place.
