It was my first time at Discount Tires, Long Beach/Carson. I was very impressed from the very moment I walked in. Earnest Selma greeted me and let me know about the tires to get that aren’t easy to find. At all times, he was kind, polite, and professional. He was able to discount them further for my first responder daughter, which I didn’t expect. He even arranged courtesy rides to and from home to pick me up. I had a great experience doing business with Discount Tires today!

Chris from discount tires at the Long Beach town center was so knowledgeable and helpful. My 2018 Jeep Wrangler needed new tires. I was on a budget, but I wanted to get five new tires including the spare. He showed me some all-terrain tires that looked beefy, but were in my price range. I bought them and I’m so happy with them. ( Mark) was also very helpful. Thank you guys. I’m very satisfied with my new tires. They look great.

This was my first trip to Discount Tires at this location as it was an America's Tire during my previous visits. The storefront was much more open and inviting as Discount Tires. I did like that they have chair along the glass looking into the shop. Alex greeted me and asked how he could help me. I explained that in my opinion had a set of good tires on my car, but have had a slow leak in the front left which drop about 10 PSI every 10-14 days. I was hoping his team could look over the tire to see if it could be patched/plugged as I tend to like to buy tires 4 at a time. We got the car on the rack and Jimmy found the problem almost immediately within the tire tread and after 30 minutes (probably less) I was back on the road. Note this trip was at noon on a Wednesday so definitely not as busy on a Saturday so I would say to other consumers don't hold them to a 30 minute or less standard. While waiting I did see that this facility offers oil changes, A/C Service and more so they are not JUST a tire shop which I found useful for possible future issues. Overall both Jimmy & Alex were outstanding they helped me out and got me back on the road with ease. I would recommend them highly.

Omg! Me and my mom were driving on the freeway and our car was saying low tire pressure. Discount Tire was right at the next exit. I’m grateful that was our next stop. Alex and Jason took care of us! They were knowledgeable, kind, and great customer service. We were greeted with a smile. They talked with us and found a solution. 10/10, 1,000% recommend. Trust worthy mechanics for sure.
