My car was involved in a hit and run while parked. I had my vehicle towed from another collision shop after concerns. I was contacted as soon as my car arrived to come in to review with the technician. I experienced the utmost in professionalism from the time I was greeted by the receptionist to meeting with Clay who was my assigned technician. His professionalism provided an instant feeling of ease and confidence. I voiced my concerns as to why I moved my vehicle to their shop, and he assured me that they would keep me apprised every step of the way and do their best to restore my vehicle to its almost new condition. They kept me informed. Unfortunately the repair costs were excessive resulting in a total loss. Hopefully I am never in need of collision services in the future, but If I am, Craftsman Collision will be my destination. They are the epitome of professionalism and I highly recommend them!

Great experience working with Craftsman Collision. My car had some small damage but enough to need it to be fixed and saw the reviews and chose Craftsman, and was not disappointed. All the staff were friendly, estimate was fair, and the work was perfect. My car was gone for approx. 11 days and they worked with enterprise to get me a rental through insurance and coordinated pick up and drop off for me. 100% recommend using them for any damages to your car, will return if anything else happens to my car.

Angie gave me a daily update of how the repairs were going, which I appreciated because it helped me to know how long I would need to keep my rental car. My car was ready two days before the projected date, which thrilled me. When I picked it up, they had detailed it and it looked as beautiful as the day I purchased it. Thank you Angie and James for making my difficult situation much easier!!!
