Best Cell Phone Repair

I chose this shop because of the good reviews but ended up having an absolutely horrific experience. I came in with a cracked screen, ended up having to return multiple times, was treated horribly by the guy who works there, and my phone is permanently damaged. I brought in my iPhone with a broken screen and opted for an OLED screen replacement which they said they had. When I returned to pick up my phone, they said they had run out of OLEDs and used an LCD without bothering to call and ask me if I was okay with that. I would have rather just taken my phone to a different store to get an OLED, but they just changed it to an LCD without my consent. The second I got my phone back it started crashing and wouldn’t charge, the battery (which had been functioning fine before) suddenly had a 0% capacity and wouldn’t charge past 1%. I brought it back and the guy there tried to deny that they had done something during the repair and said my battery had always been like this which was absurd. He did finally agree to replace the battery and the screen again (to another LCD). I was told to return in a few days when they would have an OLED screen in. Though still draining quickly, the battery was now functional, but the screen would regularly stop responding to my touch. I could no longer text more than a few words before the screen would stop responding. Within a couple days, small cracks also started spreading on the screen even though I never dropped it. When I returned for the OLED screen and explained that I thought the LCD screen had been installed incorrectly given the lack of response to touch and eventual cracking, the man working there got very aggressive with me, accusing me of dropping the phone and violating our agreement that I would bring the screen back intact. There was no such agreement, and I never asked them to install that screen in the first place. He did finally agree to update it to the OLED screen, which I paid for, and he apparently put in yet another battery for reasons that remain unclear. My phone is currently functional, though the screen has a color tint and the battery still drains faster than it should. I am not convinced it will last very long and anticipate having to buy a new phone soon.

My screen cracked on my galaxy S10+ so I called around, and Best came in $150 below everyone else. They got the screen 2 days later and installed in less than an hour. They're really good dudes and very transparent. I highly recommend!

John is an expert at what he does. Definitely would recommend him. His work is always great and never a disappointment. Come and check him out if you need any phone repairs.

Update: I came back 3 months later because my phone had another issue and they were able to fix it quickly and again, it was very decently priced. I ended up coming back later that day for a related issue and he looked it over and was able to troubleshoot the problem and completely fix the issue. Very satisfied and grateful customer here! 1st review: They were so quick to fix my phone and very decently priced. Told me exactly what to expect and what it would cost depending on what the issue was and were super friendly too, highly recommend their services! If you have a tech issue and are in Long Beach, this is the place!

Customer service was friendly and fast. Great people got my sister's phone fixed really fast under 30 min. Would definitely recommend. Great pricings too
