I have to say the first time customer coming to get my oil changed was one of the best experiences I’ve encountered customer service is excellent. The owner Miss Angie was excellent. Provided with great service. Answer all my questions correctly very knowledgeable people. I’m very happy with the service, the price is a reasonable I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs an oil change. Good job guys keep up the good work. I’ll be returning for my services from now on.

UPDATED WITH NEW FINDINGS: We paid $164.92 to have front brakes installed here using brakes specifically recommended by AutoZone staff for our vehicle. The very next day, my husband heard a noise from the brakes and returned to the shop twice to report it. We were told the brakes were of poor quality and that we would need to pay an additional $300 for replacements. We sought an independent inspection from Jiffy Lube, which found that the brakes themselves are in good condition, the rotor on the passenger side was not properly resurfaced, and the brakes were not bolted correctly. This is not a parts issue; this is negligent and dangerous workmanship. Improperly bolted brakes are a serious safety hazard. The shop refused to take responsibility, and when I called to resolve this, the woman on the phone was rude and hung up on me. Complaints have been filed with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and the Better Business Bureau. A formal demand letter with the Jiffy Lube inspection report attached has been sent. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your family's safety.

The staff is incredibly honest, taking the time to thoroughly test and inspect my car without any pressure to upsell. The prices are very reasonable, and I always feel like I’m getting high-quality service. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this shop has earned my loyalty.
