A couple of weeks ago, I came in because my tire needed air. Instead of offering help or even basic customer service, the man working there told me to put air in my own tire. There was no assistance, no courtesy, and no effort to help at all. As a paying customer, I was really disappointed by the attitude and lack of professionalism. I didn’t expect special treatment—just basic service. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that customer care is not a priority here. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.
