The customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely honest, which I really appreciated. The price for the for oil change and placement of new car battery was extremely reasonable, and the waiting time was perfect. Everything was handled efficiently without feeling rushed. It’s not often you find a place that combines great service, fair pricing, and integrity so well. I would absolutely recommend Benz and Beemers to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop.

The turnaround time was solid, communication was clear, and the car was done when they said it would be. They even gave it a wash before I picked it up — that extra touch didn’t go unnoticed. If you're thinking about bringing your car in to a shop for repairs or just to get inspected look no further than Benz N' Beamers! Their service quality was very high for my expectations and the overall value that you spend here on your car is worth every penny. The service team is amazing and so were the technicians that took care of me on my 2015 BMW 640i Gran Coupe. I came in with the car not moving in drive or reverse and not going into park as well, well they checked it out for me, contacted me on a consistent basis to keep me updated on what was going on with my car and I drove out in no time. I will FOR SURE come back in the future if needed. Thank you guys!

Based upon previous experiences at the Honda dealer and another local auto shop, I have been very hesitant to trust auto repair shops. I did my homework and came across Benz ‘N Beamers. I was pleasantly surprised to read they service more than Mercedes and BMWs and the reviews were consistently positive. This was my experience as well. The car needed a tuneup at around 45k miles before I felt comfortable having my son take the car away to college. Ali explained all the services that needed to be done and why. And he also explained the estimate in detail so I would not be surprised. The main thing is the car really drives smoothly, the brakes are much more responsive and issues we had with the starter have been fixed. I have no reservation in recommending them and plan to use them again in the future.
