Sunland Tire of La Verne

I recommend Sunland Tire of La Verne. I’ve been taking my company car to them for going on 13 years now and I have yet to have an issue of any kind with them. They are polite and professional - I truly enjoy taking my car there for service.

I made an appointment and during the inspection they said I needed new rotors, a brake flush, and a couple other things nearing $700 I couldn't afford this extra stuff and refused I had to pay the $40 fee. Took my truck home my boyfriend checked it and my rotors were fine and I still had some meat on the brake pad what a rip off!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Sunland Tire Co off Bonita in La Verne. I brought in my 2023 GMC Denali for a new tire replacement, and immediately after their service, the front left tire pressure sensor stopped working. I never had any sensor issues before they worked on my truck. When I brought the issue up, they wanted to charge me $140+ to replace that sensor and recalibrate the others. That’s unacceptable considering the problem started right after their service. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s confrontational attitude. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue professionally, he actually dared me to leave a review. Based on how I was treated, I do not recommend this business for any automotive repairs. Looking at the ratings now, I’m not surprised others have had negative experiences as well (3 .5 stars).

When I first went it was due to a flat tire, I thought might as well change all four (because they were super old and never rotated) great price, and during that work they communicated/showed me that my car needed new control arms and shocks. Worked with me on availability prices and financing. Great group here! I use to hate mechanics because I use to get scammed but this was the first place I went to in need who didn’t give me random extra fees and cost. They truly cared I had a car safe to drive. Now I gotta all fixed up with them, I know my car is old but as a broke college student I gotta keep my car for at least another 8 years, thanks to this shop I will! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

So let me tell you about my experience. Walking in I was greeted with laughter and humor from Rudy and great customer service from John. It started with a patch repair and a tire replacement to coming back in o have my alternator replaced. I have a Range Rover and we all know this car can be a nightmare for repair and cost. They took care of me and my truck. This will be my new auto repair go to. Thank you team for all you have done for me. I appreciate the service, and friendly gesture.
