Business owner took me in at the very last minute, literally right before closing, when my alternator failed and I was completely stressed out. He didn’t hesitate and didn’t try to upsell me on a single thing. Just honest, skilled work from someone who clearly cares about people. The service was excellent, the price was more than fair, and the way he treated me says everything about why his business is thriving. You don’t see this level of integrity and kindness often. He is a world‑class shop owner and an even better human being. Thank you for helping me when I needed it most. You’ve earned my trust for good.

Poor customer service; the staff member quickly hung up the phone without listening to any concerns. When interacting with a consumer, you should be mindful of your attitude. Find a new career for the benefit of everyone, including yourself. After the awful treatment I had, don't defend your behavior by leaving a distasteful comment on this site. Own up to your mistake, and do better.

Incredible service. Jose takes care of my Infiniti G37, Lexus RX350, my daughter's Honda CRV and my son's Subaru outback. Everything from brakes to engine work to AC. He will diagnose the issue and give you a fair price. Highly recommended.
