Valley Auto Truck Electric & A/C Service Repair

First things first, this is my second time bringing in my car. The first time, it was over my AC. It wasn't working and blowing hot air. I do a lot of traveling and it's very much needed. I had spent countless days looking for places to service AC issues. Glad my folks told me about this place. I left my car for about a day or 2. (Keep in mind, he does get a lot of clients so be patient so plan accordingly). Through out the time my car was there he would call to give me updates on any and all ongoing issues or concerns which is something I appreciate. I'm not a car guy, but he does a very good job of explaining in detail what is the issue of the vehicle was and what they are working or will be working on. My car was returned to me, the AC working flawlessly! He took the time to explain the issues and the fixes and for a price that to be honest you cannot compare. What could've been a fix worth $1500+ he did it for $1000. Keep in mind you may think "oh thats a lot still " no not by a long shot. A dealership would've charged you twice as much if not more, and yes of course be prepared with cash. I went home a happy customer. Just a couple days a go, I had dropped off my car for a check engine light, this one was tricky and had to leave it their for a couple of days due to the complexity of the issue, after doing a Google search recently myself thought this is gonna cost me most likely. The owner would keep in contact with me and update me with the status of it. It took a while because like I said it was a complex fix, but he went ahead and looked at my car for all possible reasons why it was acting up, but again the owner and his son worked their magic. Once I got to the shop I met the owner and of course he explained everything in the simplest way. What could've simply been a $800-900 job, he charged me $140. Amazing! I paid the $140 and also included a tip. Why you ask? Because this man went above and beyond. Truly a man of the people. Very honest man. He wont overcharge you an arm and a leg like most places would. If you want to save money, this hidden Gem is the place to go. Trust the man and trust the process, this is THE place to go, u wont regret it. And once again a happy customer gets to drive his car home working like new Thank you Valley Auto and everyone that serviced my car.

Almost got scammed. Explained everything over the phone and gat a quote of $160. Went there, they wanted $190. Will do $160 if paid by cash. Didn't have enough cash because they didn't mention cash. They blamed me for not find finding out about cash price. Went to a different shop that accept credit card was cheaper. Very dishonest.

Father and son shop. honest and reasonably priced. I will take my cars here for AC service and suggest friends and family.

If you're looking for someone to work on your car, and you want someone whos to the point, honest, and cost conscious...these are the guys you want to go to. They worked on an electrical problem for me and could have just fixed the issue and took my money but, instead he warned me of another issue that was causing my problem. It was an issue that they dont even deal with. So there was no reason for him to let me know about it other than he was being honest. I appreciate that and I highly recommend these guys for anything AC or electrical
