They deserve more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Open on Sundays and incredibly professional. They fixed my flat tire (a nail in my rear tire) in just 10–15 minutes — no appointment needed! I also loved all the vintage displays inside. You can tell this is a business with a lot of history, passion, and pride in what they do. Highly recommend! 👍

View on GoogleThis place is horrible! Went in for a tire repair $25, tried to scare me saying my tires were really bad because side wall had light cracking. Tried to sell me 4 new tires, place was dead, had no customers. I said I only wanted the tire repaired at the moment. Asked the manager or owner to remove the center cap by hand so not to damage it. He was very condescending and said it was not his first rodeo. I said ok but I don't want my cap dragged by the air hose or damaged by the air impact gun. I guess I should have held my cap in my hands until they were ready to reinstall it but I did not thinking they should be professional. That was a mistake, the cap was dragged on the asphalt and was scratched up. Also did not replace the wheel weight when they did the tire repair, guy argued did not have one but could clearly see where it was on the rim. Manager said he had used caps and would look for one. When I came back he said he would not give me one because they did not cause the damage. He also would not give me the wheel weight they took off. I asked for a refund for the amount of the tire repair and he said no we fixed the tire, yes but you damaged a cap that is $80 new from Chevrolet. He just walked away and was very rude. If you have a nice vehicle or just care about your vehicle do not go here! They take your money no problem but if they mess up it is your fault not theirs. The owner or manager is very condescending to women. Run as fast as you can from this place!

View on GoogleTraveling back to San Diego and realized I had a screw in the center tread of my right front tire. Googled tire shops in the area and decided to stop at Amar tire shop. Arrived at Amar tire shop for a flat repair (quoted $25 for repair) and soon after I was told I needed to replace my tire due to “separation” according to I would imagine was the owner. I worked at Costco tire center for 10 years and knew clearly there was no separation on a tire with 6/32nds left of tread. I decided to leave and ended up at Oscars Tire Shop down the street and was in and out in 25 minutes even though they were very busy. Cost was $20 dollars and left a $20 dollar tip.
