Was a good experience at this place, got an accident before and my insurance company referred this place to fix my car. Service was good and everyone was nice and friendly, they fixed my car fast than I thought, on time and all good. Customer service named Blanca was nice. Waiting room are clean, comes with coffee and water. Restroom also clean. Overall I recommend this place to fix all your car’s problems.

I have always brought my vehicles to Seidner's Collision Center in the City of Industry. The manager, Francisco, has always personally come out to greet me and make me feel like he's paying attention to detail in what I had to say. He gave me the impression that I mattered and that I was highly esteemed. He struck me assertive and determined to get to the bottom of things. This is not just on one visit, but on several occasions that I have visited this location. This location has integrity as it's led by Francisco. Come down and find out what I'm talking about.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided. What was initially presented as a straightforward repair for a minor hit-and-run on my brand-new vehicle quickly became a series of systemic failures: Financial Discrepancies: The final claim to my insurance was triple the original estimate. Significant Delays: A project promised for one week stretched into three, with very little accountability. Substandard Repairs: The car was returned with visible front-end damage still unaddressed. Rather than taking responsibility for the oversight, the shop attempted to charge my insurance further for repairs that were clearly included in the initial agreement. Communication Barriers: Effective communication is essential in service industries. It was disheartening to encounter a receptionist who refused to communicate in Spanish, despite her English was not understandable. As a trilingual speaker, I found this attitude unnecessary and obstructive to resolving my concerns.

Took my Mercedes-Benz S550 for a repair, specifically a side swipe on the driver side from another vehicle. Repair was approx $4,300 and was waiver because of my insurance (AAA). The repair itself was nothing special they did what they had to do, honestly it took longer than I anticipated since all I thought they would do is paint correction and polish. They did much more than that, but to keep it brief I'll focus on the problem I had with them. Now I can't fully blame them since one of the guys there, goes by the name Sal, told me that they were NOT certified to work on Mercedes-Benz vehicles. I took the risk in thinking since I thought the repair looked simple and maybe be a quick fix. Sadly it was a bad idea to trust these guys with a car they clearly couldn't handle. Towards the end of the repair, Sal calls me to inform me that they were close to finishing up the repair but that they ran into an issue. The driver side door handle, which has a sensor to unlock the door when nearby, has stopped working completely. He started off by ASKING if the door handle had any issues prior to the accident to which I told him it did NOT. Now I'm not exactly saying Sal sounded like this, its just how I perceived it over the phone. Sal then proceeded to tell me that he had scanned my vehicle and that it displayed all the problems with the car and that the door handle had an electrical issue before the accident happened. This was a complete shock to me since from end I hadn't had one issue with the door handle AT ALL. Even after I told Sal about this he sounded like he was either trying to disregard my opinion or gaslight me into thinking that the car already had this issue and that they will NOT be fixing the handle. I was definitely upset with this and asked how is it possible that it worked before and now it didn't. He then proceeded to inform me how I could fix the issue, in other words he said to take it to a dealer to have them repair it and pay out of pocket. Please keep in mind the repairs are not bad, customer service is good, and yes I risked it, but even after all that I thought they would do their part in fixing this problem. The door handle for this car is about $200 and another $150 or so to install it. I do NOT recommend this shop for anyone that has a European vehicle. Ask as much before hand because they only tell you things after the fact.

Seidner’s was so helpful during this process. From the start of making the appointment until the keys were handed back to me, they were responsive and completed quality work. It’s hard to find good customer service now a days, Seidner’s La Puente exceeded my expectations on customer service and repairs.
