They needed to order my tires, so that morning I called and they ordered , called me, I came in & they installed them along with alignment. Two tires with alignment under $300! What a deal! I was only waiting maybe 40 min. I’m a return customer and I will continue to return.

View on GoogleWhile on a long distance trip my low tire pressure sensor went off while driving on 60. I had run over something while on the interstate about 15 mins before with two of my tires. Figuring I punctured a tire and needed to replace it, I got off 60 and found myself in the La Puente area. After calling a couple tire places to make sure they had my tire in stock, Perez Wheels & Tires had it in stock. Upon arriving I was greeted by a very helpful man. I wish I could remember his name, but eludes me. He checked my tires and found that one was low. He was kind enough to remove the tires and submerge them in water to make sure there wasn't any leaks. He made sure they were all filled properly and reassured me there wasn't any issues with my tires. The gentleman did not charge me for providing this service. I am so grateful that they were there to assist in this stressful situation. I still had several hundred miles to go on my trip. The shop might be small inside, but everyone I encountered that day had huge hearts and was polite and very helpful. Thank you for helping in my time of need.

Perez wheels and tires really understands the importance of customer service. I called them and they quoted me a price for a new tire. That’s exactly what I paid when I got there.
