Staff is shady and scammed my elderly mother, she went in for a flat and they told her she needed all new tires (which I do agree that she needed new tires). The problem is that the older lady quoted her $70 per tire and then rings her up for $680, when my mom questioned the price the lady gaslit her and said I told you the price was $170, which she had not. The tires retails between $55 to $80 elsewhere for the same brand and size. I understand they charge to put the tires on but the up charge still would not be upwards of $100 per tire. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB about their unethical business practices. I’ve even added the picture of the tire so others can look up the price for themselves.
