I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The negative reviews on google and yelp are accurate. They never kept me updated on my truck. They would only call me to say it needed more stuff. After working on my engine, the mechanic said these F-150s have fuse problems and that only him and his workers knew how to bypass the relay. I told him I didn’t want any codes coming up from that, and he said he knew what he was doing. Turns out he didn’t. The wiring job was bad, some of the wires got burnt, and the relay was broken and left exposed, which looks like a fire hazard to me. I took it back because it kept throwing codes. Instead of fixing it, he was just guessing what was wrong and still wanted me to pay him for his time. He also changed my transmission fluid without asking me first and then tried charging me $300 because he said it needed it. I never agreed to that. When I went back again, his son was trying to clear the codes with a scanner instead of fixing the problem. I even overheard them saying they couldn’t clear the codes. The mechanic talks over you and acts like he knows everything. When I kept asking about the problems, he accused me of trying to get free work and even made comments about my personal life. Doesn't give you warranty because you drove it off the lot after they supposedly fixed it. Was I not supposed to drive it?? 😂😂 All I wanted was my truck fixed right for the money I paid. Instead, I got bad communication, work I didn’t approve, more problems than before, and poor customer service.

Overall perspective: - Honest - Effective service - Fair pricing Side note: My dad was a street mechanic many years ago and had always highly praised Joe for his honesty, seriousness, effective work, fair pricing, and knowledge. Why honesty matters: - The owner Joe is honest about his inspections. Doesn't give you an exaggeration of "all the repairs that must be done," he tells you what his machine shows him, his experience after so many years, and then gives you your options. Cars can be tricky so having someone like him break it down like that is a blessing that saves you money. Why effective service matters: - I had an extremely stubborn issue with my car and it took Joe about two weeks to address this issue. It wasn't a tough/difficult job, but rather I was saving hundreds of dollars by purchasing a used part. The part in question kept turning up faulty and Joe's feedback to me was always, "We'll keep searching for that part until we find it and make sure your car gets rid of this issue." (It was something along those lines, don't recall word for word.) Why fair pricing matters: - I tend to work on my car myself but when things get too difficult I defer to the professionals. When looking for possible places to get the service I needed done, most shops were within the price range, some very far off, but Joe (the owner) has been consistent with fair pricing for years. Probably close to 15+ years. Despite multiple times the part in question being replaced, which means labor had to be repeated multiple times, my price did not change or go up or have any sudden surprises at the end. Final thoughts / comments: - be patient, you're not the only customer - Joe's reliability as an honest mechanic/owner isn't something that he just started doing, he's been this person for a long time - the man is extremely helpful and willing to work with you and provide you options

Oh man this place is the best! Joe is the owner and he took care of my car asap just in time for work. He's an honest professional and super informative and helpful! His staff are great mechanics too. I definitely recommend this spot. This is the spot ill always be bringing my car in if i need work done, my check engine light is gone Thank you so much joe!

So my dad been using this shop for a years! And today I recommend a friend to the shop because another shop was trying to take advantage of her(she’s a senior). She went in, they had her car ready today, the price was accurate and they treated her so nicely. Thank you for treating her right! Gonna continue using their services!
